Over 7 years of creating content for the restaurant industry — writing about food businesses, interviewing owners, studying failures and successes — I've seen one pattern repeat: most restaurants don't fail because of bad food. They fail because of bad numbers.
I've spent years talking to restaurant owners across India — from single-outlet cloud kitchens to 200-seater fine dining restaurants.
